Dealing exclusively with corporate incentive and conference groups through the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, we custom tailor activity packages to suit all your needs. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to 7% Goods and Service tax.

Cancellation Policy:

• Group bookings require a 50% deposit based on estimated billing to confirm reservations.
• The balance owing is due on the activity day.
• Cancellations require 30 days written notice and are subject to a 10% administration fee.
• Whistler Summer Adventures reserves the right to cancel due to poor weather conditions in which case a full refund will be issued.

An Understanding:

• All participants are required to sign a release of liability waiver prior to activities.
• Master billing available, 2% discount given for direct billing.

• No charge Master Billing with detailed billing summary.
• Permanent on site “Adventure Desk.”
• Complimentary Meet and Greet for all activity departures.
• Transfers included in all Activities.

• Flawless program flow by being on site and working closely with our conference services representative.
